Return & Replacement Policy – Amdavad Variety

At Amdavad Variety, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer replacement within 3 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product is not working
• Wrong product delivered

To request a replacement, customers must send the following on WhatsApp:

• Open box video of the product
• Clear photos of the issue
• Order details

Important:
Without an open box video, replacement requests may not be accepted.

Replacement Processing:
Once verified, the replacement will be processed within 2–5 working days.

Refund Policy:
Currently we provide replacement only. Refunds may be issued only in rare cases where replacement is not possible.

Non-Eligible Cases:
Replacement will not be accepted if:

• Product is used or damaged by customer
• Request is made after 3 days of delivery
• No open box video provided
